The aim of this study is to analyze the condition of the segmentation of female workers in Indonesian job market based on structure of work such as field of job, job status and type of work; acording to the education level, age and working hours. The result showed that based on main employment, in the idustry and social service sector in the urban areas, higly educated female workers experienced a weaker segmentation, likewise on low educated woman workers in the city and in the village.
