Redesain Pengaturan Partai Politik dalam Rangka Membentuk Sistem Kepartaian yang Efektif

Abstract

Political party is one of important element in the administration of democratic state. Political party likened to the pillar uphold the principle of democracy. On the basis of its important status & position of political party in laws & regulation such as Constitution number 2 year 2011 explaining Political Parties, its emphasized the existence of political parties as a representation of the mandate of the constitution. The loosening of the rules of the formation mechanism & state budget-supported financial systems of sociopolitical-powered organization (such as political parties) regulations has made ineffective multiparty climate. In the state administration, multiparty configuration is not in accordance to the state and government administration like presidential system. Redesign of political party regulations is needed in order to achieve the effective multiparty configuration system. Although still using multiparty system, it is more limited and lean to run effectively.
