Layanan Kereta Bandara Yogyakarta International Airport Menurut Perspektif Penumpang

Operational Area 6 PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) presents airport trains to serve passengers who want to travel to Wates or to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). This Airport Train has just been inaugurated on August 27, 2021. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of the Airport Train in providing services to passengers and to know the priority of service improvement that needs to be carried out by PT KAI. The assessment method used is Importance Performance Analysis. The source of this research is the primary survey through filling out questionnaires by respondents using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The sample in this study is YIA train service users, totaling 212 respondents. From the calculation results, the average airport train performance rating is 3.73. This means that the service performance provided by the Airport Train so far has been good/satisfactory for passengers. Based on the Importance Performance Analysis method, the priority of improvements that need to be made by PT KAI as the manager is in terms of ticket sales services, as well as information on operating schedules and railway service network maps because this variable is very important but the service is still relatively low.
