ANALISIS FAKTOR RISIKO YANG MEMPENGARUHI KESUKSESAN PROYEK DI INDONESIA DENGAN METODE STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (SEM)

Construction projects have complex and complicated characteristics and processes so that they are always faced with great risks. Project risk cannot be eliminated but can be managed, reduced and shared among the parties in a project. This study was conducted to find the effect of risk factors on project success in Indonesia by making a model that can represent the causal relationship between risk factors and project success. The data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 139 respondents in construction projects in Indonesia were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method with analytical techniques using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and regression weight to find the standardized loading factor coefficient value as a reference to find the effect of the relationship between variables and variables that give the most dominant influence. The results of the study conclude that the factors that influence the success of the project are natural risks with a standardized loading factor coefficient of 0.201; financial risk with a standardized loading factor coefficient of 0.398; legal and regulatory risk with a standardized loading factor coefficient of 0.308; time risk with a standardized loading factor coefficient 0.113; and political risk with a standardized loading factor coefficient 0.206. Financial risk gives the most dominant influence with a standardized loading factor coefficient of 0.398.
