EVALUASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KINERJA PROYEK KSO (KERJA SAMA OPERASIONAL) DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS STRUCTURE EQUATION MODELLING (SEM)

This study aims to evaluate the factors that affect the performance of Joint Operations (JO) projects in Indonesia as well as to determine and examine the relationship of factors that affect the performance of Joint Operations (JO) projects and to determine the variables that have a major influence on the performance of Joint Operations ( JO). This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires as many as 126 respondents who work as Director, Project Manager (PM), Site Manager (SM), Construction Manager (CM), Site Engineer (SE), Chief Executive (Chapel), Manager Quality/Quality Control (QC), Expert Staff and Field Coordinator at a contractor company in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the AMOS program. The results of the study found that the factors that had a positive and significant effect on JO performance consisted of Project Performance (X1), Management Performance (X2), Partner Performance (X3), Satisfaction felt among JO participants (X4), Agreement/negotiation between JO participants ( X6) on JO Performance (Y). Meanwhile, External factors (X5) have no significant effect on JO performance. The most dominant factor influencing JO performance is partner performance. Partner performance (X3) provides the most dominant contribution to JO performance, which is 35.4%, this means that if partner performance is carried out well, it will increase JO performance achievement by 35.4%. The next factor is management performance contributes to JO Performance by 20%, agreement/negotiation between JO participants contributes to JO Performance by 19.2%, project performance contributes to JO Performance by 17.7% and Satisfaction felt among JO participants contributed to the JO Performance of 15.8%.
