The purpose of the research is to test the effect leadership style toward organizational commitment
with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Samples taken were 47 respondents using totaly
sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection using
questionnaire techniques. Testing the hypothesis using path analysis techniques This study found that
leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment with job
satisfaction as an intervening variable.
