This study aims to examine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB And Leadership Style on employee performance. The sample of the research is 86 employees  of 4 District at Kulon Progo Yogyakarta.Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that OCB has no effect on employee performance. While Leadership Style has positive effect on employee performance.
