Peran Nilai-nilai Religius pada Penyimpangan di Tempat Kerja dan Kinerja Pekerjaaan

This study aims to examine the role of religious values in workplace deviance and job performance.The sample used in this research was 100 employees from the Operations Division in the company. The method was used for data collection were questionnaires and observations. The data were analysed with qualitative descriptive and quantitative approach. The Results is the employees in Operations Division are mostly male (58%), don’t have a college degree (69%), have worked in the company for less than 5 years (59%), and received less than 2 million monthly salaries (68%). The variable self-monitoring, self-control and self-regulation together simultaneously and partially play a role in improving job performance and reducing deviations in the workplace, while self-regulatory on its own doesn’t play a role. Originality – It is relatively rare in previous studies to use two dependent variables that have different directions in the terms of consequences (deviance at work, job performance).
