Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Puskesmas Kapanewon Temon, Kulonprogo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

The main object of this research is to know the effect of education, training and motivation on employees’ performance in Puskesmas Kapanewon Temon, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The population of this study is employees of Puskesmas Temon I and Puskesmas Temon II, which were 108 employees. The sampling technique used was sensus, therefore all the employees are considered respondents. The Data being collected by questionnaire, Likert scale 1-5. The Data was analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. The Results showed that education, training, motivation influenced the performance of Puskesmas Kapanewon Temon employees positively and significantly.
