This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation
on employee performance. Data collected through questionnaires to 30 employees. Analysis
of the data using SPSS version 17.00. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis.
Hypothesis test results show that the work discipline partially no effect on employee
performance, motivation is partially influence on employee performance. Simultaneously,
work discipline and motivation influence on employee performance.
