PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TERHADAP TURN OVER INTENTION KARYAWAN DIMODERASI KEBUTUHAN MANUSIA (STUDI KASUS PADA MAHASISWA KELAS KARYAWAN UJB)

This study aims to investigate was the Mc Clelland’s needs as moderator variable in the relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and turnover intention. Data was collected from 110 from 300 students at Economy Fakulties in Janabadra University. The students currently are employed in many companies. The data were analyzed using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Results indicate that McClelland’s needs moderate the relationships between OCB and turnover intention in negatif and small effect (Adjusted R=5%). McClelland’s needs is homologizer Moderator.
