This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of good corporate
governance on the performance cost insurance Sharia and sharia business units. The variables of the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent commissioners, and the syariah supervisory board are the proxy of good corporate governance based on the agency theory.
