The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at private midwife clinic at Sleman Regency. Sample size was 100 resfonden of private midwife clinick patient of IBI centeral branch. The sampling was used the insidental technique sampling. Data analysis
use multiple linear regression. Hypotesis testing and the research model were supported by F-test,t-test and R. The results showed that the service quality dimensions include tangibles, reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy positively influenced on the patient satisfaction at private
