ABSTRACT

This recearch  aims to determine how much influence the fuel pressure in the injector of diesel engine performance by setting the variation is to add or reduce the sim at delivery  spring,
In the experiment used Engine Test Bed, in which the machine is placed on a pad which is then connected to the engine output shaft with an impeller shaft power measurement machine. . The parameters measured in this study is the Power and Torque. Diesel engines used were TS50 Yanmar 4 stroke 1 cylinder.
From the results of this recearch can be seen that the increase occurred at 1980 rpm spin injector at a pressure of 18 MPa higher than the injector pressure of 16 MPa. In the round of 1980 rpm, injector pressure 18 MPa lower than the injector pressure 16 MPa.
