KUAT TEKAN BETON BERDASARKAN SNI-DT-91-0008-2007 PADA BERBAGAI VARIASI KADAR AIR AGREGAT

ABSTRACT
On the Procedure for Calculation of Unit Price Work Concrete Construction Building and Housing (SNI DT-91-0008-2007) was available for a variety of quality mix proportions of concrete that can be directly used. Aggregate conditions used in this procedure is not be mentioned so that the intended is the ideal condition i.e. saturated surface dry (SSD). If the condition of the aggregate that used is such as on site project namely wet or dry air, the result obtained may be different. Based on these issues it is necessary to study the compressive strength of concrete based SNI DT-91-0008-2007 with the aggregate moisture content varies.
The samples used in this research were concretes cylinder 150 mm x 300 mm. Fine aggregate used was sand and coarse aggregate used was crushed stone/split. Mix proportions used SNI DT-91-0008-2007. There were three specimens of each variation and the total of specimens were 45. Concrete compressive strength testing was carried out at 28 days concrete age.
From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the slump values of fresh concrete that using air dry aggregates is lower than that using saturated surface dry (SSD) aggregates, and the slump values of fresh concrete that using saturated surface dry (SSD) aggregates was lower than that using wet aggregates. Compressive strength of concrete that using air dry aggregates and saturated surface dry (SSD) is higher than the compressive strength based SNI DT-91-0008-2007. Compressive strength of concrete that using wet aggregates is lower than the compressive strength based SNI DT-91-0008-2007. Compressive strength of concrete that using air dry aggregates is higher than that using saturated surface dry (SSD) aggregates, and compressive strength of concrete that using wet aggregates is lower than that using saturated surface dry (SSD) aggregates.
