KEBIJAKAN PENANGGULANGAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI

Abstract


The Corruption Eradication or Eradication Policy in Indonesia should be designed as a comprehensive policy, both from the non-penal aspects, the penal aspects as well as the exemplary aspects of the leaders who are authorized to make such policies. Non-Penal Policy, intended as a corruption prevention policy that needs to get sufficient budget attention and support and high consistency for its implementation. Penal Policy through the Corruption Law Formulation with an adequate criminal witness system. need to get attention and consideration for the threat of capital punishment for the perpetrators who commit these crimes which results in disruption of the country's economic circulation and disruption of social balance. Equally important is the exemplary leaders in Indonesia who are the memorandum beneath the intended policy makers. namely Executive and Legislative. clean figures are needed honest with high moral integrity, able to interpret only words and deeds. if this is realized, it will be easier to realize the ideals of the proclamation of a state that is safe and peaceful and just and prosperous for its citizens.
