There is a need for new environmentally friendly innovations in road pavement materials, such as the use of concrete waste as a material substitute for AC-WC concrete, with GGBFS (Ground Graulated Blast Furnance Slag) as filler. This study used concrete waste levels of 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75% with asphalt content of 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, and 7% respectively, and GGBFS as filler was used 2 % in accordance with the provisions of the General Specifications for Highways 2010 Revision 3. From the test results it is known that the more concrete waste used in the AC-WC concrete mixture, the lower the VMA and VITM values. As a material substitute that has a good effect on marshall characteristics found in a mixture of 25% concrete waste with an asphalt content of 5.5% -6.5% and an KAO value of 6.12%, 50% concrete waste with an asphalt content of 6% -6.5% and the KAO value is 6.25%.
