BIM encompasses a set of technologies, processes, and policies that collaboratively and interactively operate within a digital model throughout the entire lifecycle. The utilization of 7D BIM Facility Management within construction work, design processes, procurement, and construction execution can be seamlessly interconnected. Furthermore, it enables stakeholders involved in a project to work collaboratively. This research employs data analysis tailored to the research pattern and variables under investigation. The model used in this study is a causality model, and to test the hypotheses proposed in this research, the analysis technique employed is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling), executed through the AMOS program. A quantitative method is utilized, involving sampling from a population and employing structured questionnaires as data collection tools. 'Quantitative descriptive analysis method is a systematic approach to processing data in the form of figures or percentages regarding the state of an object under investigation, resulting in general conclusions.' Variables accepted in this study include Project Performance Level in BIM Implementation, User Proficiency Level in BIM Usage, Stakeholder Understanding Level, Assessment of Individual Contributions in Enhancing Performance, Organizational Regulations in BIM, Benefits and Ratios of BIM Usage within Company Scope, Evaluating Project Maturity in BIM Usage, Level of Development in BIM Usage, Common Data Environment. Variables not included in this analysis are BIM Usage Maturity Level, Benefits of BIM Usage.
