This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of liquidity and efficiency of working capital management on the profitability of companies included in the Pharmacy and Health Research sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The selection of sample companies uses purposive random sampling, and the data analysis method uses the multiple regression method of panel data. The results showed that the company’s liquidity proxied by the Current Ratio had a negative but not significant effect on profitability, while working capital efficiency, which was proxied by working capital turnover (WCTO), had a negative but not significant effect on profitability; cash turnover variable has a negative but not significant effect on profitability, variable receivable turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and inventory turnover has a significant positive effect on the profitability of companies that include in Pharmacy and Health Research sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
