ANALISIS BULLWHIP EFFECT DALAM SUPPLY CHAIN UNTUK OPTIMALISASI PENJUALAN STUDI KASUS PADA DEALER ARI MOTOR

This research is an attempt to evaluate the bullwhip effect in the supply chain process of the used motorcycle transaction business at the Arie Motor Dealer. In this evaluation process, there are several steps that can be taken, namely measuring the bullwhip effect and identifying the cause of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain for each motorcycle brand. From the evaluation results, it is known that the causes of the bullwhip effect include: inaccurate demand forecasting and greater demand rather than the supply held. The effective way to reduce the bullwhip effect that occurs is to share data information, evaluate and choose the right forecasting method.
