This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, capital structure, and liquidity on firm value with profitability as anvariable intervening in property &sub-sector companies real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period, using quantitative research methods. The population in this study were 61 companies and obtained 26 samples of companies from the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Partial Least Square withSoftware SmartPLS 3, professional license. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct and indirect effect between the variables studied.
