This study aims to test the role of Career paths, planning, and development in the work performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat, Sleman employees. The population of this study was 62 employees. Data was collected through questionnaires and observation. Data analysis using quantitative approach. Results is career paths, individual career planning, career development simultaneously play a positive and significant role in employee work performance. Career’s Paths, individual Career’s planning, Career’s development have a positive and significant role in employee work performance. There are still opportunities to conduct research on career paths, career management, and career development.
