This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Motivation on Employee’s Performance on Agriculture and Food District Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The sample technique used in this research was census sampling, that are 143 people, all of employes. The Primer Data was collected by Quesionare with 5 Scale Likert and was analyzed by Multiple Linier Regression. The Results showed that Competence and Motivation influenced Employee’s Performance positively and significant. Coefficient of Determination, Adjusted R2 that was taken in this research is 0.53.
