PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH BATU MARMER SEBAGAI AGREGAT TERHADAP KUAT DESAK BETON

Constituent materials of concrete consists of aggregate, cement and water. The strength of concrete depends on the constituent material, including aggregate.
Therefore in this study used the waste marble from Tulung Agung as a substitute aggregate. Specimens used in this research were cylindrical concrete (diameter 150 mm dan height 300 mm) with the testing age 3, 7, 14, 28 days, and the number of the test objects were 24 pieces.
The results obtained in this study : concrete KM.PK-100 and KM.PM-100 have unit weight of concrete from 2200 to 2500 kg/m3, so it still includes the normal concrete; and strongly urged an increase in concrete KM.PK-100 and KM.PM-100 at 28 days for 10,91%.
