PENGARUH PUPUK HAYATI MIKORIZA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BEBERAPA GALUR PADI BERAS HITAM PADA SISTEM IRIGASI AEROBIK

Abstract


This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of mycorrhiza biofertilizers on growth and yield of several promising lines of black rice in aerobic irrigation systems. The experiment was carried out from September 2021 to January 2022 in Ombe Baru Village (West Lombok), which was arranged according to a Split Plot design with three blocks and two treatment factors, namely black rice promising lines (G3, G6 and G9) as the main plots, and application of mycorrhiza biofertilizers (M0= without mycorrhiza, M1= with mycorrhiza) as the subplots. Data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's HSD at 5% significance level using the CoStat for Windows program. The results showed that G9 showed higher growth rate of leaf number, growth rate of tiller number and grain yield than the G3 and G6 lines, while application of mycorrhiza biofertilizers only significantly increased panicle number per clump, weight of dry straw per clump, weight of 100 filled grain, filled grain number per clump, and grain yield per clump but reducing the percentage of unfilled grain number. Based on the interaction effect, the application of mycorrhiza biofertilizers only significantly increased the growth rate of leaf number, growth rate of tiller number, and dry straw weight in G9 but not in the G3 and G6 promising lines.

INTISARI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa galur harapan padi beras hitam pada sistem irigasi aerobik. Percobaan dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2021 sampai Januari 2022 di Desa Ombe Baru (Lombok Barat), yang ditata menurut Split Plot design dengan tiga blok dan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu galur padi beras hitam (G3, G6 dan G9) sebagai petak utama, dan aplikasi faktor pupuk hayati mikoriza (M0 = Tanpa Mikoriza, MI = dengan Mikoriza) sebagai anak petak. Data dianalisis dengan Analisis Keragaman (ANOVA) dan uji BNJ (Tukey’s HSD) pada taraf nyata 5% menggunakan program CoStat for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa G9 menunjukkan laju pertumbuhan jumlah daun, laju pertumbuhan jumlah anakan dan hasil gabah lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan G3 dan G6, sedangkan aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza hanya signifikan meningkatkan jumlah malai per rumpun, berat jerami kering per rumpun, berat 100 gabah berisi, jumlah gabah berisi per malai, dan hasil gabah per rumpun tetapi menurunkan persentase jumlah gabah hampa. Berdasarkan pengaruh interaksi faktor perlakuan, aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza hanya signifikan meningkatkan laju pertumbuhan jumlah daun, laju pertumbuhan jumlah anakan, dan berat jerami kering pada galur G9 tetapi tidak pada G3 dan G6.
